Show Hosts
Thank you for hosting The Scott Woods Show! We understand that this concert event is a major part of your fundraising efforts and we are committed to helping you maximize your results. Results are dependent on the number of tickets you sell and to sell tickets it is critical that your show is very well promoted in your community and those surrounding it. To help you succeed, we invest in professionally designed materials and other tools which we provide to you on a complimentary basis. Please be sure to make full use of everything provided when promoting throughout the community and when working with the media. Refer to your booking agreement, promotion tips and supporting materials provided in the "Promo Pack" you received in the mail. You may also access many promotion materials right here. The Media
Thank you in advance for supporting The Scott Woods Show taking place in your community. Almost all of our concerts are fundraisers for churches, charities and other important community organizations. The level of fundraising achievable by each host group is directly linked to the number of tickets sold for each event which in turn is directly linked to the amount of publicity organizers are able to receive from the local media. The Scott Woods Band provides professionally designed posters along with other material to help our hosts in their promotion efforts. Feel free to make full use of the material on this page which includes a press release that can be customized and broadcast for each show as well as a number of photos which can be published. Scott Woods is also pleased to conduct interviews (subject to availability) at the request of the media. Feel free to contact us if we can be of any assistance and/or to arrange an interview.
